Returns

ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 10 DAYS of delivery date.

To start a return, you can contact us at highfeathercollective@gmail.com.

Every order will include a pre-printed Return Label.  The return shipping amount will be deducted from the Return Credit.  Shipping is non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please Allow 3-5 days for us to process your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the store credit has been issued.  Store credit will be issued in the form of a code.

Store Credit may be used on our website only. Enter code at checkout to redeem your store credit.

If your return does not meet the above criteria, please do not attempt to return it.

We hold the right to not issue a store credit at all if merchandise is returned without a damage being reported or is suspected to have been worn.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
